The FUEL CO. Bistro / Bar serves a menu of classic American cuisine, evoking the seasons and a sophisticated Virginia, but accented with ethnic influences reflective of America today. This focus is also evident in the wine selection - approximately 25 American wines will be offered by the glass on a daily basis, including the Kluge Estate New World Red and SP (sparkling white wine made in the méthode Champenoise), and Cru, a chardonnay-based aperitif. Wines will be rotated to enable customers to experience the rich regional tastes of America's domestic wine industry. As Patricia Kluge comments, "It's time to revere American wine. At FUEL CO. we will seek out domestic quality instead of looking overseas to discover new fine wines."
In addition to breakfast and lunch, FUEL CO.'s Café will offer a classic selection of fully prepared entrees, sides and desserts - all available to take home or to the office.
